Terms & Conditions

Payment/Costs - Upon agreement to proceed, an invoice will be raised for the investment involved, settlement of which is due within 30 days or before commencement of the course, whichever is sooner. Cheques should be made payable to auricas ltd. Standing order payments, pre-agreed by us in writing, should be made on the 15th of each month. Our account details as above. In the event of late payment, auricas ltd. reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof from the date that payment was due to the date the payment is made. Any costs/expenses in terms of accommodation, travel, refreshments, etc that may be required by their delegates are the responsibility of the purchasing customer.

Cancellation/Substitution: Requests for cancellation or substitution must be made in writing and will be determined by the date they are received by auricas ltd. Substitutions deemed suitable by auricas ltd, will be accepted without additional charge, up to 7 working days prior to the course starting. Thereafter, no substitutions are accepted. With regards cancellations, again these must be made in writing and received by us. If so, the charges are as follows: longer than 30 days notice prior to the course’s commencement – 10% of fees due, between 29 and 7 days notice – 50%, less than 7 days notice – 100%. Full fees are otherwise due including the event of failure to attend all or part of the course. However, at the discretion of auricas, if a place was cancelled at more than 7 days notice and all outstanding fees have been paid, then a place on a future course of the same description may be offered. If so, the offer must be taken up within 12 months of the original booking. Our standard terms and conditions will still apply.

Course Changes: It may be necessary for us to change a date, time or venue in relation to a course. If this occurs, we will try to give as much advance notice as possible although will not be liable for any failure to do so, nor any other costs incurred as a result.

Descriptions: Any descriptions or illustrations in our brochures, website, price lists, or other advertising materials are intended to present a general idea of our services, and shall not form representations or be part of the contract.

Materials: Any materials provided are the sole property of auricas ltd. and must not be copied, altered or used in any way, without written permission.

Replacement: These terms and conditions are the sole basis of our Agreement and it is agreed that they will not be superseded by any subsequently which may be issued by the customer.
