Time and Workload ManagementWe know that workloads are growing and we need to learn to work more efficiently if we are to cope - it is no longer a case of simply adding resource. We also know that we all have the same number of hours in a day.

However, the first thing to recognise is that we cannot control time - only what we do with it! Furthermore, in a typical day there are some things that occur which are outside of our control, which we cannot do anything about, but which still have an affect on our time management. The only thing in these situations is to change our attitude towards them, as we will only cause unnecessary stress otherwise.

So good time management is more about personal working habits, and applying the various tips available to those situations where we have some influence or control.

Our coaching recommends considering three steps: -

Structure:

This is a 2-hour programme held on your site for a group of up to 18 delegates.
