If you have one or more individuals who will benefit from a Leadership and Management training course and you see it as an added bonus that they can share best practice, ideas and experience with other managers from different businesses, then our open course option will suit you.
Our focus is on producing measurable improvements for your business against pre-determined objectives, rather than just delivering a “training course”. The care we take over preparation of your programme is what differentiates us from other training providers.

Step 1: Understand Needs
To make sure we understand your needs, we provide a no cost, no obligation consultancy meeting at your premises. We see this as a vital part of our offering, as it helps us to understand the context in which the training is taking place and to agree the objectives we will both use to measure the effectiveness of your training programme. At this meeting, we will also present you with a course summary.
Step 2: Prepare Delegates and Their Managers
Assuming you are happy with our proposal, we then need to prepare both the delegates and their managers.
Delegates need to understand why coaching is necessary and important to their success and why they have been recommended for the programme. In particular, they need to identify which areas they may need or want to work on, as their personal “buy in” to the training is essential.
Managers of delegates need to understand their role in supporting their delegate(s) during the training process as they may not appreciate their own role in either enhancing or limiting the benefits gained. Equally, we need to understand their expectations as stakeholders in the process.
Meetings with delegates and managers can be organised on a 1:1 basis or in group meetings if larger numbers are involved.
Step 3: Commence Training
Everyone can then enter into the training process fully prepared and focused on the desired outcomes.
While traditional courses provide concentrated theory over 2-3 days, Auricas uses the "little and often" approach, structuring the five ½ day sessions on the basis of one morning per week over a five week period.
There are significant benefits to this approach:
We regularly hear evidence from our delegates of improvements they have experienced during their training against the pre-determined objectives set.
In summary, over 30 years of training experience has shown us that this is the best way to help people to learn and to change the way they both think and behave.

Step 4: Follow Up
