Executive Development Forum

Feel like you’re out there on your own sometimes? Need some fresh thinking or to “charge up your batteries”? Come and join us…

The Auricas Executive Development Forum offers the unique combination of executive development training, a forum for debate on real-life executive issues and informal discussion over a light lunch, all at an investment far lower than the old fashioned “executive clubs”.

It’s restricted to senior managers/business owners each from different market sectors and provides a positive, supportive environment of mutual trust and respect where people can openly share concerns, successes and failures, ideas and experience amongst the group. The excellent professional development training included is based on approaching 40 years’ experience evaluating best and worst executive practice.

The Forum appeals for many reasons: “I’m getting stale; I want fresh ideas and inspiration from people outside of my own business and market sector”. “It’s lonely at the top and difficult to open up with work colleagues”. “Whenever it comes to training, I’m always looking downwards in our organisation, never at my own development.” We find people always comment on how refreshing it was to have their ideas challenged and that they really enjoyed the robust discussions!

So, what’s on your mind? Our guess is that you will be looking for measurable improvement of some kind in business, team or individual performance; or there may be an issue to do with change or growth.

If you would like more information about this option, please contact us. A good place to start is also an informal meeting over a cup of coffee to discuss the situation and provide you with an opinion, advice and some ideas; there is no cost or obligation involved for this so with nothing to lose and potentially much to gain, we look forward to hearing from you!
